Teams may check in during the following times:
Thursday, January 15: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday, January 16: 6:15 AM – 8:15 AM and 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Division Capacity
Division sizes for the 2027 event are subject to change based on overall tournament registration. As registrations are received, some divisions may expand while others may be reduced to best accommodate the total number of participating teams.
Please be aware that team acceptance is based on the event's overall capacity, not solely on the availability within an individual division. As a result, division capacities and availability may change throughout the registration period.

Registration Completion
Registration is not considered complete until all of the following requirements have been met:
Great Lakes Region Volleyball has received the team's entry fee.
All Stay to Play hotel requirements have been satisfied.
