2027 adidas® Windy City Registration

Team acceptance is processed on a first-come, first-served basis once all registration requirements have been met. To be officially accepted into the event, each team must:Submit the entry fee (payment by check only).Meet the Stay to Play requirements by having the required hotel reservations picked up and attributed to the team in SportWrench (simply reserving a room block does not satisfy this requirement).If you have any questions regarding your registration status, our staff will be happy to assist or direct you to the appropriate contact.

-You have a hotel confirmation, through CapitoI Sports, our housing company for each team entered (12 room night minimum per team necessary to meet Reserve & Serve criteria). There is an exception of this policy for local teams, within the 50 mile allowed radius.

Acceptance Into Tournament

The adidas@ Windy City National Qualifier will accept teams who have met all entry requirements until space is filled, or the deadline date. Entry requirements include: online registration in SportsWrench, payment received, and the Reserve and Serve housing requirement has been met.

Team Acceptance Criteria:
· Postmark or electronic date of complete entry requirements.
· Entries from the host state where the event is conducted.
· Complete registration.

To be fair to all teams this is a 1st come, 1st served national qualifying event and until all three parts of the criteria are completed you will not be officially entered and accepted in this event. Closing date for the tournament will be March 24, 2027/or until a division fills. We will not be accepting ANY late registrations.

Under no circumstance is a team that is denied entry into any division guaranteed a berth in any other division.

Registration status will be maintained and updated in SportsWrench. Total number of teams is limited to 1296, but allocations of teams per division may change depending on the number of entries received for all ages and all divisions.

Refund Policy

Before team acceptance.
Full refund.

After acceptance, but before February 5, 2027, or before the division reaches capacity.
$750 refund.

After February 5, 2027, or once the division has reached capacity.
No refund.

Entry fees are non-transferable.
If a team withdraws and another team is entered in its place, the original team's entry fee cannot be applied to the replacement team.

Rosters

All rosters for the Windy City National Qualifier must be submitted online in SportWrench by Wednesday, March 24th, 2027 at 5:00pm CST. Teams must have full rosters listed on SportWrench along with jersey #’s, and USAV #’s. Any individual on the bench during match play must be a valid rostered participant.

Housing Information

Participation in the Stay to Play program is required.

Hotel requirements are not considered complete until the minimum required room nights have been picked up within the team's hotel block.

TEAM CHECK-IN

Below are the check-in times for the 2026 Windy City National Qualifier March 26-28th, 2027

Thursday, March 25th, 2027: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at McCormick Place on Level 2.5

Team roster check-in will occur online in SportsWrench. Teams will need to pick up credentials on Thursday, March 25th from 3-8PM, Friday March 26th from 6:15 - 8:30 AM, or Friday Prior to the second wave from 12:30-3:00 PM on level 2.5 of the Grand Concourse Lobby at McCormick Place. Coaches will need to have their credentials visible during play per USOPC mandates.

Please ensure your rosters are correct and complete online in SportWrench prior to checking in! Additions or changes after play has begun will incur penalties (for more info, please see USAV Girls' Championship manual). Competition Format

All teams should plan to be ready for an 8:00 AM CST start on Friday, March 26th. Final start times will be announced following the entry deadline. Competition is expected to conclude by 5:00 PM CST on the final day. Mandatory team check-in will take place on Thursday, March 25th, from 3:00–9:00 PM local time. Team rosters must be submitted online by Wednesday, March 24th.
